Gorkhi Terelj National Park – Photo Essay of a Horseback Journey
An Expedition through Extraordinary Cultural and Wilderness Landscapes
The Gorkhi-Terelj National Park Expedition is our most sought after horseback ride, and for good reasons. We cross rivers and mountains passes, ride up long valleys full of wildflowers during the months of July and August, and ride through cultural and wilderness landscape of extraordinary beauty. This photo blog is made up from the wonderful images of Priska Helfenstein of Switzerland. She and her husband Stephan rode with us during our July expedition of 2012.
