Mongolia Horse Riding Ground Cover

When horse riding in Mongolia, we see and travel through spectacular, “National Geographic” level scenery. The vast landscapes of Mongolia are truly stunning to behold. With this blog, I want to show some Mongolia horse riding ground cover. Those areas of land we travel “over” with our horse riding trips. Mongolia horse riding ground cover also exhibits the extraordinary displays of natural art, temporary as it may be, that surround us as we travel.

Ground Cover – The Little Things that Count

Mongolian landscape is covered by an amazing variety of grasses, herbs, lichens, mosses, and woody plants, and the Khentii Mountains where we travel on our 14 Day Expedition is a hotspot of plant diversity. It is full of plants recognized for their medicinal use and plentiful array of fruit and seasonal berries. And the best way to see this Mongolia horse riding ground cover, is… by horse, of course.  We’ll let the images below speak for themselves.
